Of course.
Lots of conspiracy wackos in this thread, but she hasn't been charged and she won't be.
Nobody has to take a beating from someone else, especially when there was a history of abuse.

I'd be surprised of any DA sticking their name to charging an abused wife. Maybe send it to a grand jury at most to keep his name out.
