Break that sentence down..."Dr. Wayne Breen and his wife had a history of domestic issues".

That doesn't say there is a history of domestic abuse.

Look, you may be right..maybe he beat the hell out of her but thats certainly not what what article says and you aren't basing that assumption on anything credible whatsoever at this point.
