Duh. It's the balance of what the friendship is worth vs. how difficult it is to keep in check that truly defines a male/female friend relationship. In my experience, anyhow.
ETA:
I've got several male friends that just...throw out the suggestion every once in awhile. Usually one solid
and we're ok drinkin' buds again.

I can appreciate that. But, just consider it horizontal recreation. It'll save you a day at the gym.
