Using the schedule below during this time of the day, from 2:30pm until 4pm, only to run it for about 3 minutes with about a 10 minute break.

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, use the chainsaw.

On Tuesday and Thursday use the weed eater.

On Saturday and Sunday use the lawn mower.

If you don't own some of these items borrow them.

Also, take your dog to someone else's house for a few days or a week and see if she complains.
I have a good idea trumpet you can borrow, I could probably get you a drum set if you don't want the trumpet. She will forget about the dog.
