I was with my parents and my wife 
Had I been with anyone else I would not have taken pics. I was quick though if it makes you sleep better tonight

I doubt anyone noticed. If it was a real dark restaurant and he had a massive flash (pictures are real dark so clearly he didn't), then I could see the problem, but otherwise...
