The only hard part about CPA test from what I've seen is making time to study during busy season. My BIL said if he didn't have to work and just focus on the test he'd pass them no problem.
He barely studied as it was according to him.
I am very glad we only take two test to become licensed engineers though as opposed to 4 that can drop off.

I love guys that comment on how difficult something is based off of their brother in laws analysis. Regardless of what he tells you, people don't "barely study" and pass that exam.Posted on 2/25/15 at 8:22 pm to LNCHBOX

I don't know how someone could study effectively during busy season. Audit and FAR will consume you. Can't imagine trying to work 55-60 hours a week on top of that.
