Do they really only have one meal? That seems to be a stretch. Perhaps they are flying a private plane and flying right back, but Id imagine they are spending a bit more time.

A good one day meal itinerary in New Orleans would be something like lunch at Coquette, mid afternoon oysters and small plates at Peche, drinks at Cure, and dinner at La Petite Grocery. Perhaps some beignets the next morning.
