That would take more than 30 seconds if you are being woken up out of a deep sleep at 2am - not to mention how long it would take to wake up the wife and get her to clearly understand what was happening.
That process alone would take at least 15 seconds I would think.

Remote for alarm has a panic button that works anywhere in the house. Porch light switch in my bedroom lights the front & back of the house so bright you can see it from space (slight exaggeration). Kids room is right across the room from mine. I'm sure I could get the wife in there fairly quick.
