we eat very healthy and weekly staples are as follows

cedar plank salmon

smoked chicken

pulled chicken tacos

Brussels sprouts

roasted cauliflower

Did that this weekend. Also grilled lettuce with olive oil seasoning and fake parmesean cheese. Love that stuff on charcoal grill.
