Good businessman. Clearly understands supply and demand. He's got all the demand coming to him and deserves to be successful. He's not scamming anyone, he's giving people what they paid for

he's full of shite. He says he wants people to realize how unhealthy the food is, and that ideally people would stop going to his restaurant. He must be the only business owner in the world who wants to go out of business.
