The farmer used to chase us out of his cane fields in an old beat up pickup truck. We were usually on 4-wheelers or go carts. Does that count?

Yes, in 1988. We were on our way from metro Atlanta to PCB in my friends Mustang GT the day after school ended for the summer. We were on the 4 lane that goes through Dothan, Al and my reckless friend was doing his normal reckless 100+ mph. Cop across the median going the opposite direction hit his lights and as I turned around, I saw him turn into the median area to pursue us. My buddy crested a hill at about 115 and i was yelling for him to turn off onto a side street. We turned up the next one on the right and hauled arse up to the first building we came to, pulled in, parked and all jumped out and leaned against the car like we were just chilling. That cop car went flying past on the hwy below in hot pursuit. We waited about 10 minutes and got back on the hwy. Within a mile or so, we came into the main part of town where traffic was congested. Got to a red light and suddenly, 4 cop cars converged on us from every direction, pinning us in. Hell, one came through the grass median and nosed his front end about 3 feet from the driver side door. There were 4 cops yelling with guns drawn all around our car within 10 seconds. Of course, my buddy played dumb and told the questioning cop we had just passed through and acted all confused. Cop told him to shut his mouth. He knew it was us who was hauling arse and that we had pulled off somewhere. The only reason he was not going to jail was because we were going so GD fast that he didn't know who was driving. Told him to get his arse out of Dothan and never come speeding through there like that again.
