I remember when Draino was the woman's weapon of choice against a cheating or abusive man. Would wait until he was passed out drunk and then pour it down his throat. Was a somewhat common ER case back in the day. It was handy and would put some serious hurt on the victim. And IF he survived he was in no shape to retaliate for quite some time. Now they shoot you. A lot more humane.
