I'm in my 30s and way past the phase of being embarrassed by my parents, but good God the 45-65 demo has ruined Facebook for me. You can't post a witty comment on your feed without them commenting something like "huh? I don't get it?"

I'm waiting for the day when Facebook has a feature where you can disable people commenting on your posts.

THIS!!! My mother will never let me have a good status or banter with my friends on Facebook without chiming in and being the biggest buzz kill. Anytime I post a funny picture I'll be lucky to have one or two friends comment on it before ole mom swoops in with the classic "LOL you used to do that when you were little, too!!! Love you!!!" Game over. It's like the modern day version of leaving lame notes in your lunch bag
