Franks is more in the mold of Jameis Winston (but more mature). Big, cannon arms, smart, both play pitcher for baseball, both have mobility. Franks probably runs a 4.7 something now. After strength and conditioning, he probably brings that up to a 4.65-68 by the time he would leave LSU. Hell, Manziel ran a 4.68.

Best comparison in the thread. Don't think he's quite the pure passer Winston was yet but he's got a year. Franks,like Winston, is a passer that can run a little not a runner that can pass. Mariota and Pryor both fit the latter. More runners that could pass. True dual threats. Franks and Winston are pocket passers with mobility.Big Ben types.

No cannon arm in tge limited film ive seen. Slow delivery and touch passing is all ive seen. Of course, the coaching staff has seen much mord so I'll roll with that.
