I found it uncomfortable, and cumbersome. It took up a bunch of space and was heavy also. Of course smaller persons may be able to get a less imposing table.
It did help with the low back pain during the time I was inverted at 60% or more. But there was no lasting relief of pain after getting off the table. Sadly you can only stay inverted for a very short time period due to the blood rush to your head. For me the sinus pressure was so intense when inverted that it negated any relief of my back symptoms.
It definitely takes some time to figure out the best angle that you can get some results with but not be uncomfortable. I find it does the best if I move around and twist my back a bunch instead of just hanging.
The biggest problem is that they are large and in the way. And if it does fold up, it's probably going to stay that way. Mine stays set up in my barn, so I can go out there and use it whenever I need it. It sat folded up the whole time I had it in the house.
I probably use it once a month or so. But whatever it is that gets my back going, it works very well making it feel better.
