They are narrower than the houses on trailers and it's hard to get vertical space out of them.

I've seen it done, but I'm not handy enough to do it and to make it livable would probably cost a lot of money.

That's where the cutting and welding comes in, considering how cheap these are, and how easy they are to put together.

The only limitations with these, are a person's imagination and abilities. You can buy 2 of the 40 footers in my area for less than 5 grand,in almost new condition.
These things are incredibly strong and safe,once anchored properly.
