I've been considering building some of these to sell or rent if there truly is going to be as many out of town workers coming to Lake Charles as people think. My uncle owns an RV park so I've thought about putting them there to rent out.
I also could easily live in one of those since I am single. I have been eyeing this plan to put on some land but I would make it a little bigger and adjust some things.

70 grand for 280 sq ft? 
I get that it has a few upgrade but god o mighty. you could build a 1200sq ft truss roof house for that
