Have you considered or looked at any of the aluminum boats?
With the type of fishing you are describing I would definitely give them a hard look.
The Xpress bay boats are really popular.

You definitely get more fishing space per dollar with aluminum rigs.

I have looked at the Xpress boats as well. I like that the hulls can def take more of a beating. I dislike that I feel more of that beating. They seem to have started supplying jump seats as well. I do like the H20 bay and it has a good price. Its a hard sell for my wife though because her dad had an Xpress that he she only remembers him having a bad experience with. (He tells me a diff story lol) So my wife is unusually jaded against Xpress for no good reason.
