CJ was a shorter version of MJ. Seriously, if you think about it...
You mean minus the high-flying dunks, the reverse double pump layups, the up and under moves, etc? CJ was more like Iverson, almost nothing like MJ, without even thinking about it.

Honestly, his offensive game in college was better than Iverson's as a pro.

He got quite a few alley-oops from Blanton, and his inside game on drives was unreal. Sometimes it seemed like the other team would go all-out to stop his 3's, and he'd just drive in a little and hit a 15 ft shot off the glass like it was a layup.
And LORD the streaks he'd get on. Dude would rain 3's like nobody I've ever seen since.

In a game back in '89, the Sportscenter highlight of the day was Jackson throwing down a two-handed dunk in the face of a 7' center for Auburn; named Geiger or something like that. He had virtually all of the moves you attribute to Jordan. As earlier posters mentioned, he was the master of getting to the hoop on fast-breaks; if he didn't decide to stop and drain a 3.
