I don't think so. People who love Bayou really love it. There's something about the aftertaste of the breading and the texture that throws me off. I really love smoked wings though.
Bourre doesn't bread theirs. I'm not sure if they're so small because they're cheap or because they're using expensive chicken that isn't jacked up on hormones. But they're embarrassingly small.

They are using a non-commodity chicken. I think he Nathaniel told me it was Springer Mountain chicken. So really its the natural size of a chicken wing.
