Did the Kentucky game make LSU realize just how good they are?

It sure appears that way. This is an are beating.

The rare moral victory that actually helped.

IMO, yes.
We know how good we can be when we actually show up. We can play with anyone. And we finally realized it.

Disagree here. Too inconsistent still......... they are a matchup nightmare for TENN.......

It sure does seem that way to me.

The extra passes and D rebounding is killing Tennessee.

Which is why i said when we actually show up...
When we show up and play with energy, we can go toe to toe vs anyone.

With tourney time coming they MUST "SHOW UP" every game....
Can they??? Sure they seem to be getting better each game. This is still a very young team and I expected some big bumps..... But now its time to step up.

Go blow it out your colon and enjoy them finally playing well, PJ.

Well yea that is the question...
But it's nice to see that we seem to have caught a 2nd wind late in the season and seem to be really refreshed and what not.
It's positive for sure.
And this really isn't a young team for college bball. The only freshman that gets legit PT is Patterson.

I think the best thing to happen to them was the ability to come back and take the lead against UK when most teams would have folded....

Only a little. Here we go again wih this team allowing a big second half run.

Agree 100%
And UK is such a great defensive team that they rarely lose the lead. Especially late in the game

I think they did... I think any coach would tell them in that loser's locker room after KY, "You just saw how good you can be if you want to... You are one of the best teams in the country and you're the last ones to believe it..."

He said we could play with anyone. What does consistency have to do with it? If we can play with Kentucky this year, we can definitely play with any team in the whole country.

Yeah, here's to a colon blowout PJ. Rub some Budweiser on it.

I think the embarrassing losses to State and Auburn woke them up more.
Coaches could not get them to listen. They finally surrendered and became more accountable.
A bit of a relapse in the second half getting a bit fat an happy. But with a lead like that not overly surprising.
