What were your thoughts about it? Would you recommend a freshman go through it? Did you do it multiple years and how much did you improve?
I would recommend it to anyone who is a fierce competitor. A lot of people are competitors on the football field, but when it comes to weights and other things they kind of slack. No one should go in there without the knowledge that every kid there is legitimately competing against one another.
It was just starting to get popular when I was in high school and while I didn't get a scholarship to any D-1 schools, I did receive preferred walk on offers and I always like to think that doing every camp or Nike event I did helped.
