The worst. The stories I hear of Comcast gives me nightmares. I'll go cable and Internet-less before I deal with them if it ever comes down to that.

They have a department called the "solutions department". I was promised a year free of HBO well when I moved to my new House I got Comcast hooked back up in the new house no HBO. Give them a call they sent me to the solutions dept. No one in there gave a shite mostly scum and entitlement class. I spoke to two women both smacked their gums and said oh no way they could give me that free HBO. Even though it showed on previous bills that I was receiving credits for HBO. They put you on hold never return, I said let me speak with a manager they never get them. You get so raged you hang up after 20 mins of waiting. I call back next day they send me back to solutions dept.same scenerio. I did finally speak to someone and I did manage 6 months free. When year is up I am dropping Comcast frick them and that solutions dept.

A group of three service techs tried to strongarm my mom in my parent's house because she threatened to drop them while working on their cable/internet, we even have fricking security camera footage of one of the guys stepping to my mom like he is going to do something...

That's how you get Comcast over a barrel and show them the fifty states.
