I agree that a paper menu is easier to read, but it is difficult to keep a paper menu up to date. You gotta cut costs where you can, and eliminating the need to reprint the menu every day makes sense.

Just coming to post this. Profit margins are slim in the restaurant business. The guests need to bite the bullet on some things if they want to keep menu prices low.
