I'd never felt so helpless in my life (outside of a ruptured Achilles tendon).

no shite man

i had one where i called in sick to work for 4 days, could barely get out of bed, had to take a taxi to the doc office

worst part is that I've had so many over such a long span that whenever doctors pull my chart they think i'm looking for pain pills for kicks now

it took me forever to start stretching like i should

You need to dead lift regularly.

i added romanian deadlifts as well, i feel it's helped out a lot with overall back strength

Care to share your stretching routine?

i'm not who you asked but i do lots of knee-to-chest stretches, 3rd world squats as low as i can go with out weight, tons of hamstring stretches and a good one they gave me at physical therapy was laying on your back pick up both knees at a 90 and lay to one side of your body keeping your body flat and switch several times

Getting off the computer would probably help.

speaking on this comment, i also switched to a stand up desk at work, i alternate sitting and standing throughout the day and that has helped a lot

sorry for such a long post but i feel like a fricking expert at this shite now unfortunately...
