Also, is the nail salon the same one Saul kept trying to get Jesse and Walt to buy?

Great show so far. I think the main action of the season will center around Jimmy getting Chuck everything Jimmy thinks Chuck deserves.

It'll be interesting if Jimmy can prove to a jury that Chuck's disease which isn't a medically recognized disease is in fact a valid disease.

It is. It's called obsessive compulsive disorder, not electromagnetic sensitivity or whatever. He needs some Paxil with a touch of risperdal.

looks like the same strip mall, so yea would assume so.

I think they are, yes

I kind of assumed Chuck was a mentor/friend/possible relation like an uncle, never put the brother connection together, but maybe I missed something.

A small point here, but I think it's different to have a compulsive disorder based on something rational like fear of airplanes, yes they do crash, get high jacked, etc, so there is some risk there, vs an irrational fear of emf's which so far makes little or no sense as he seems to think he's already sick from it. Remember the "I'm going to beat this/get better" line.

I'd be shocked if that isn't the central point of the plotline for the first season. How it unfolds and ties into him becoming "Saul" is obviously what we are going for here. Much like the "victim of circumstances" fate that befell Walt and turned him into Heisenberg, there is the drama of human strife here to push the story, regardless of what he winds up becoming it's hard not to empathize and not at least like Saul a little bit.

When Saul was introduced to BB, I wonder how much of an influence they anticipated he'd have in the show. I wonder if they liked how it went with Saul and made him a bigger part than planned.

Great two episodes.
