I think Kane is great for what he does, and what Tottenham needs. He makes great runs. He finds space really well in front of goal. And he's a good finisher thats on a fantastic run of confidence.
Look at the two goals yesterday.
On the first, he sees the space and moves into it. He knows hanging back, he's got a defender, and is a likely non-factor. Most people don't go into that space and wait and see what develops. Most professional would do the same. Its a hugely important factor in the type of player he is being successful.
Goal number 2 - works just the enough space and just a good enough run to hit a flat out perfect header. GK had no chance. Not easy to hit a header right where he did and with enough power to give the GK no chance.
He'll do well at Spurs as long as they have all that young attacking talent around him. I think if he develops more (remember how young he is) he could be world class at his role.
