Use a gallon of water and 1/4 gallon acid. Either a scrub brush or sprayer. It will come off

What kind of acid?

Is this something I could do myself?

Gonna wait it out see if it washes off a little in time, but
How much would it cost to hire someone to do this if need be?

Muratic. I would do it myself if I were you. Save you a couple hundred bucks. Just wear gloves and eye protection
