The most watched video on the channel I frequent is a Surgeon Simulator video from when it first came out on steam. It has 10 million plus views. A Slender video in the top 10 with 7 million plus.
Some of their most popular videos are when they play a Worm's game.
Their highest viewed one off games are smaller titles.
Also why do you think these Minecraft videos are so popular?
