Iodized salt: The only thing I use it for is for brining. No need for any container.
Morton's Kosher Salt: I pour either directly into what I'm cooking or into the palm of my hand directly from the box, then distribute it for desired portioning.
Maldon Salt: I keep it in a bamboo salt vessel with a magnetic lid.
