I like L M but I would take N S. He is a great coach with no problems

I think once players leave the program/go pro. The truth about a Miles run program comes out.

the one's who don't support miles are only comparing him to one guy and they are nicksuckers.
if you know anything about cfb, getting a coach the equal caliber of miles is almost impossible.
if you want to take those chances, you should buy lottery tickets or gamble at the casinos, 'cause you is that stupid.
have compassion for the idiot-boys.
and, i just love this grand dad post!!
and herein lies "the problem". I know of no one that would disagree with you. "the problem" is that a segment of LSU fans simply will never be satisfied with miles BECAUSE he's not as good as Saban. never mind that Saban wasn't as good here as he is at bama; never mind that Saban will never return to LSU and never mind that if these yahoo's run Miles off we PROBABLY (and imo, we likely) would end up with a coach that's not as good as Miles. Why? because top flight coaches don't grow on trees. when a school searches for a HC, they are limited to who is available. some posters on here seem to think LSU can just go out and get Gruden, Harbaugh, Carrol, Belichek, Kelley, etc as if there is no contractual minefield out there and as if all of these coaches are willing to come here. not counting our own money woes if we pay a huge buyout to miles and have to help our incoming pay a buyout and then pay buyouts to our asst. coaches, etc. the reality is that it's tough, very tough and very expensive to get a new coach. almost without exception schools end up settling and have to go thru it again to get it right. one doesn't have to look any farther than what Florida is going thru now, what Bama went through after Bryant left. yes, Miles can be frustrtrating but he has the ability to win it all and I hope like hell he does it again.

Id trade you Miles for Briles in a heartbeat. Briles may have issues but being a babbling idiot isn't one of em.

No one thinks any of that blackjack that's a lot of red herrings and the biggest litany of consecutive straw men I've ever seen in one post on TD ever, and that's saying a lot
