There's a lot more that should go into your decision, but for me, a 40% pay bump would get my attention. not sure I would do it but I'd be willing to listen.

Used to drive 60 miles round trip 5 days a week. Now I have a 5 minute walk. My life is 100x better. Long commutes are terrible in every way. Seems to be common in Louisiana based on what I've read on this board though. Can't imagine it anymore.
