Time to be honest.... I actually owned, and liked Creed's first cd. I was 15 at the time.

I owned Britney Spears first cd's. Y'all remember that fold up poster than came with the first one - was totally worth it

The first album is much rougher than anything they did after. The religious imagery wasn't even all that positive as it became in later albums.
And whatever, I can still go back and enjoy a lot of this stuff. I might not play it all the time like Rush, but there is nothing wrong with liking catchy songs.
It's like people who shite on pop music. Do you know how boring going out would be without it? Could you imagine picking up a girl trying to grind to Comfortably Numb? frick that
