Yea they resumed on 2/10. USW requested information from Shell and in guessing it took all weekend & Monday for them to get it. From what I'm hearing it that they are making progress but the Union is pushing for the O&G companies to adapt the API 755 rule. The plants that are on strike are the ones who haven't adopted the standard yet and USW is wanting them to. I believe money and benefits are agreed upon already. Also the facilities that are striking didn't have a tentative agreement at their local unions either.
Hopefully it'll all end soon and everyone can go back to work and keep on keeping on.

Deer Park is a Shell site and they have a fatigue policy, so this isn't true.

Shell already had the fatigue policy in place.
