And btw, I've seen and lived through a large strike, first hand, when corporate hired replacements, for the entire group of union strikers. They were given the option to cross the line & keep their jobs, or be replaced. Some did, with armed guards posted outside of their homes for protection from the very people who were supposedly protecting them, and the rest were replaced by qualified outsiders who were bused in & out, daily, through the hailstorm of bricks & some gunfire. Operations resumed quite nicely & the union eventually caved regarding some of it's ludicrous demands. ... Don't know what's so "ignorant" about it.
