Couple all of that with his body aging and a swing torque that was sure to begin causing nagging injuries and we have witnessed one of the quickest and most un fathomable declines in any sport.

You left out where his wife tried to skull him with a 3 iron as he backed out of the driveway.

As for the swing, all the analysts were on it when he had his first injury. I do not follow him all that closely, but I never got that he adapted an "old man swing" after the injury.
He could have still competed, but not been "Tiger".
He wanted it all, and now he has nothing.

I agree with the TPOS vibe being projected by millions upon him.
I love when he loses it on the green. I bet there are thousands or millions like me, who take joy in seeing him acting like a 3 yr old.
The scorn I feel for him is not approached by anything I can recall in regard to sports figures. He was not able to take loss or trouble when he was on top, and now, its all magnified.

I love that someone posted that he's trying to keep up with a younger woman in bed. I think that would actually be a plus considering he used to have multiple affairs/women.

I got excited after the first four words of the thread title.

Not really. 3/4 of my post was about his mental state deriving from that incident and it's fallout and how it affected his play. The physical decline just exaggerated his already damaged mental state.

He's definitely not a TPOS.

He has, intermittently, been a total bitch out there, though. For a while before the Elin stuff he was really maturing in public and on the course. At least to me, it seemed like he was picking up a lot of support from former haters.

I've never been a TW fan, at least since I figured out he was a dick IRL, but I don't want to see this collapse last forever, either. I'd prefer we keep this cycle of resurgence and total failure continue, it's fun for golf.
