I know this is stated many times in the book and in the show, but we never really get a good firsthand look at it. (I've only read to the end of book 3 - where the show stops.)
We at least get a look inside Jaime's head in book 3, but I would have loved to see more proof of Jaime's skill on display in the show. That's what was so refreshing about Oberyn - we finally get to see a badass fighter who actually fights like a badass fighter.
