Sounds like the coach knows Harris is already contacting Jucos, and trying to position himself as some great advisor.
Harris' family probably knows whats being said about him isnt true, and one thing parents cannot stand is for their child to be unfairly treated. Also, the longer AJ starts, the more people start to question Brandons skill set. They feel like its time for him to set the record straight

Best way for Harris to shut people up is to bust his arse like a superstar and take the job. No one is going to give shite to him.
This is a life lesson being taught here. Greatness is expected from players with great talent. I think AJ is trying his hardest. He's just limited by his talent. Harris is not limited in the same way.
It's not good enough for Harris to be a little better than AJ. He should be playing to the best of his ability.
