Les Miles has a lot of faults and loyally sticking with failing coaches and players is one of them.
However, IF (reader: pls note qualifier) BH was not working and not learning the playbook (as AJ was) I do NOT blame Miles for not giving PT to Harris.
Les has to motivate an entire team/ program. Those who refuse to give the proper effort and play anyway can be a cancer to an entire team and its effort on Saturdays.
No effort. No play.

Feaster's advice makes one wonder if Harris' alleged immaturity and selfishness might have been from coddling in HS.

And there were reports players preferred Jennings. And it could have everything to do with this.
Harris needs to take the Job, not it be given to him.
