dude...are the termites even active?...post a picture of the termites you have...

Yes, they are active. Here's some dead ones I used some and and roach sprayon to try out.

Just put the boards out in the sun elevated off the ground. They will dry out and die. Termites have to go back into the ground to get moisture and unite with the colony ( the one they no longer have contact with). The only thing would be if they r dry wood termites but those are rare. You good. Post what your pest control guy says when he calls back. I'm curious. FYI pretty much every yard in Louisiana has an active termite colony on / in it.
