Maybe I am not a runner, even though I run 20 miles per week. I don't know the last time I went out and ran one mile as fast as I could, but I know for certain it wasn't sub 7 minutes
I am just looking around at the people I work with, and I know for a FACT that I am in better shape than 90% of them. Most of them could not run a mile without stopping.
A good jog pace for me is about 9:30
