What % of sign and place JUCO guys actually make it to LSU eventually?

My HS QB was one but he never made his way to hinds cc. Was a very good QB no grades because of no effort.

Cutrer is the only one I can remember that committed, went to juco, and then committed back to LSU again.

So unless you have an extra spot what's the point? Do they count against the current year class or the year they would transfer to LSU down the road?

If they don't enroll then another guy can be back counted from my understanding, but they do count against the 25 at the time. It's a bit of a risk but not a huge one. Juco guys count against whatever calendar year they sign in. There are lots of ways to get around the 25 count, 85 is the real number.

Yep. The 25 thing doesn't matter as much as you see from Tennessee, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Texas, etc this year. There are ways to work around it. The key is the 85 limit.
