No kidding. 5 straight winning nights. I may have to start actually betting on these games I'm posting. It is mostly just an experiment to see if I'm good enough at it to start capping these sports. I wanna get a larger sample size though.

That's a "double your account" type of night.

That's basically what I did.

Had Delaware, ASU, Purdue, and Creighton with you. Trends said to take TCU and USF too, but I let my mind get in the way on those two and just stayed away from those games.

Yeah, a guy I follow was on a few of those same ones as well. Guess alot of people read these lines similarly.

Not as a sole way of handicapping......the public sides does win. I look at it as a puzzle, there are many things I look not just one. The only time public money enters into my equation is when you see reverse line movement (the public pours money on one side, yet the line behaves in a direct opposite manner). Even then it isn't an absolute for me to make a play in one direction or other. Example, RLM occurred in the Toronto game the other night, I was satisfied with my side and stuck with them. Albeit, I didn't play it as large as I wanted.

You certainly found a lot of games tonight. I didn't feel there were that many good ones. Hopefully it works out for ya!

Troy blew it in overtime

I just really can't see Stan not taking a set. Djokovic is the best player in the world, the best hard court player in the world, and is in great form. He's beaten Stan 16 of 19 times they've faced each other. And 2 of those wins for Stan were in 2006 before Djokovic really got great (Stan is 2 years older).

However, Stan is the defending champ here and has been playing Novak very tough on hard courts lately in five set matches. It's interesting... In the tour finals the last few years and in a Masters 1000 event, Djokovic has blown through Stan. I'm talking 6-3 6-0, 6-3 6-3, 6-1 6-4.

However, the last three times they've played in a major tournament (2013 Aussie, 2013 US, 2014 Aussie), it's gone 5 sets.

Stan is playing well right now. His one-handed backhand (crosscourt) is probably the best in tennis. Djokovic has the best two-handed backhand in tennis. Both guys are serving well. Djokovic is the best returner in the world. They're just two high-quality players.

I know it's -175, but I still think that's pretty decent value. Overall, I have Novak and Stan at -425 and +325 to win the match, respectively. I think it should be more like Novak (-325) and Stan (+250).

I'm gonna roll with Stan to take a set.
