CBB: If you could pick one mid-major program to coach?

Referring to conferences outside of the ACC, B1G, Big 12, Big East, Pac-12, and SEC.
We'll call mid-major these conferences:
A-10, CAA, C-USA, Horizon, MAC, MVC, MWC, WCC, and WAC.
I suppose one can assume conferences like the America East, Big Sky, MAAC, etc. are "low-majors."
ETA: Where would you place the American? I mean, UConn, Memphis, and Cincinnati are there, but they are certainly placed amongst a bunch of mid-majors.

Xavier more than likely.
ETA: I read it as pick the coach not the program.

Xavier Musketeers. For sure. They have a beautiful campus, and they have some basketball history.
ETA: They are Big East now, but I'm keeping my answer. That doesn't count as a major conference though, huh? They just took the name.

Wait, you need to edit to include the Big East.
Or else everyone will pick Marquette, Georgetown, Butler, Xavier, etc.

It's a homer call but Tim Cluess at Iona has had 20+ win seasons in his first 4 years. Iona has played in the post season in all 4 years, getting their first at large bid 2 years ago. Gaels are now 14-6 and on their way (hopefully) to another 20+ season and another post season appearance.
It won't be long before the bigs come calling for him (I think he'll wait for Lavin to be gone at St. John's) just as they did for former Iona head coaches Valvano, Kennedy, and Willard.

If I can use the AAC, Memphis or Cincinnati is the correct answer.
But since that's cheating, the answer is absolutely San Diego State or UNLV.

I had no clue where to put the AAC. It's a bunch of mid-majors with Uconn, Memphis, and Cincinnati.

Wait, shite.
UConn is the absolutely correct answer if I can use the AAC. Over Memphis and Cincinnati. Not even close.
The proximity to NYC and their recent success makes it an easy choice.
UConn. If I can't use the AAC, then UNLV/SDST.

St. Joe's is intriguing being in a talent-rich area with some history there.
Also, Northern Iowa seems to always field a solid team. Pretty committed fan base and relatively nice facilities.

Illinois State. Mild homer pick. 2 hours from Chicago. Beautiful on campus arena. Bout much success lately, but do host #19 UNI on ESPNU in 30 mins.
