Tj ribs has seen its ups and downs. Their morning staff is good from my experience. Their evening staff is hit and miss from my experience.
Coming from my pov from inside the industry if you want tj ribs go to their siegen location. More specifically sit at their bar. I have been there multiple times (family's favorite) they have three different girls and one guy that work the bar there for the last year.
One of them is always there when I go and they give fantastic service and will suggest what they would order (or tell you what to stay away from).
