Dpms, Wyndham, bushmaster, the cheaper value psa stuff, RRA, stag are all commercial ar builders. They work for the most part and a lot of people are very happy with them but you won't see the same build quality as a colt, bcm,or DD.
Complete nonsense.
DPMS, Bushmaster, RRA, Stag all produce "mil-spec" rifles and all have, at one time or another, have supplied parts for gov't issued rifles. As for the build quality compared with Colt, you must not be aware that Stag's machining branch supplied parts to them to complete contracts or fill orders. Same from RRA and DPMS, so it's entirely possible your prized Colt AR can contain DMPS or Stag-made parts and you are none the wiser. Virtually all AR companies that sell mil-spec stuff are sourcing some or all of their raw forgings from the same few suppliers. That Colt 6920, Spikes, and RRA can all share the same keyhole Cerro Forge marking. Virtually none of the niche AR builders have the resources to forge their own blanks or barrels, they are buying them from someone else. My RRA AR is absolutely as well made or better than most Colt and BCM rifles I've handled.

Not getting in a pissing match, if your RRA runs good enough for you, congrats brother. Just offering my advice based on my 20 plus years on the platform.
