8 people on 1200 acres and you can get mature bucks and in most places wall hangers without pourinG protein to them or planting expensive plots.

Hunting isn't expensive (except for lease fees). Sure all that stuff helps but I def wouldnt turn down a 1200 acre opportunity because I can't afford to accessorize it.

I don't disagree. I have a climber and some tripods I could throw in there right now. Pick up some corn/rice bran to give them something to stop at. I have cameras that I'm sure some still work.

However, I'm not driving 4 hours round trip 3 days in a row when I'm off, so I'd need a place to stay. If its going to cost me 4.5k+ I want a place to rest my head and a place to drop a deuce.
