They all say its just a part of the process but its pretty apparent it sometimes is the process. I also noticed that NB took a major fall in the previous rankings as well. NB fell over 100 spots prior to falling to a 3* in the last rankings. If rivals evaluators now think NB is only a 3* after having ranked so high to begin with what does that say about them as evaluators. That's why I dropped the subscription. Just a waste of money.
