That's what makes cruising out of New Orleans so great. The port is a straight shot off interstate, and it's just a few hours drive from home. The cruise itinerary is always the same, and that gets a little stale, but just can't justify the added expense of flying the whole family to Miami.

This boat only leaves from here. Living in Birmingham, it sure would be nice to take the Amtrak there and back to go outa New Orleans.
