Gayle may turn out to be a Prima Donna when this is all over, we can't know. But I'll take my chances with Gayle over Rita and her mother every time. I don't have any idea what Rita's brother did to get caught up in this, nor have I ever heard anything good or bad about him. Kinda feel for him, but if Tom is competent, they are SOL.
Them trying to raid the trust is troubling, if it in deed happened.

"In the separate lawsuit in Texas, Renee Benson asserts that her father paid neither insurance nor taxes related to real estate assets that were a part of the trust her mother set up. She said her father also failed to pay rent for a hangar in which one of the Benson companies keeps an aircraft."

It's just a rumor I heard. But the family saw this coming for years and supposedly can prove Gayle restricted contact to Mr Benson from his family and began the process to gain control from the beginning of her marriage. And with all contact monitored she able to control the way he viewed his families actions. And I believe his family documented and asked Mr Benson questions such as who is the president and other under advisement.
I fully expect the children to win. But we shall see.
